Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with an item purchased, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and up to 15 days for an online store credit. Store credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued.

  • All returns must be returned in their original condition to be sold as new.  All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and free from stains and odors.
  • Returned item(s) must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with the invoice.
  • Item(s) sold for a discount of 30% off or greater are considered “FINAL SALE” and are NOT eligible for return.
  • Customers will assume ALL responsibility for return shipping charges. Arelia’s Dream will ship your Exchange Request free of charge.

If ALL Conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited. If all conditions are NOT met, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation of the decline.

Customers should get a tracking number for all returning packages. Arelia’s Dream will NOT assume responsibility for refund or compensation of return packages lost in transit/delivery without proof of delivery to Arelia’s Dream.

  • Please allow 7-10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
